Job Overview
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch, driving business growth, and ensuring profitability through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals
- Monitor and manage branch performance, including profit loss analysis
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve targets
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage projects to enhance branch efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the branch's market presence
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role with a focus on sales or financial services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Proficiency in strategic planning and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated success in managing profit loss and achieving business targets
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
