Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and Auto Shop Careers ("ASC," "We," or "Our"), governing your use of the Auto Shop Careers Job Board ("Job Board") and any related services. By accessing or using the Job Board, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Job Board, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Job Board.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Job Board. By accessing and using the Job Board, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement.

3. Job Listings and Content

ASC provides a platform for employers to post job listings and for job seekers to browse and apply for these listings. ASC does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any job listing or content posted on the Job Board. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and legitimacy of job listings and employers before applying.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. You agree to use the Job Board in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and to not engage in any unlawful or harmful activities.

4.2. When submitting content, including resumes or job listings, you agree that the information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading.

4.3. You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that is false, defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Privacy Policy

ASC's Privacy Policy outlines the collection, use, and sharing of personal information. By using the Job Board, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Job Board, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and software, are the property of ASC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on such content without the express written consent of ASC.

7. Disclaimers

7.1. ASC does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Job Board or its content. The Job Board is provided on an "as-is" basis.

7.2. ASC is not responsible for the actions or omissions of employers or job seekers using the Job Board.

8. Limitation of Liability

ASC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Job Board.

9. Changes to Terms

ASC reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Job Board after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Termination

ASC reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or limit your access to the Job Board at its discretion, without notice, if you violate the terms of this Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using the Auto Shop Careers Job Board, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
