Pay: Starting At $140,000 with an Opportunity up to $250,000

We are looking for someone with an amazing track record, and who has General Motors, Cadillac, Buick GMC or Domestic experience in a LARGE VOLUME setting.
The Ideal candidate, will manage and is responsible for all service employees to assure an efficient, safe and profitable department. This Leadership role will also consist of maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities:
-Forecast goals and objectives for the department and set procedures to meet them
- Control the performance of the Service Department using result reporting provided
- Monitor repair order trends (repair orders completed, number of parts/services per repair order, sales dollars per repair order/per advisor)
- Continually monitor and manage CSI results by all service team staff
- Manage all Service Drive and Parts Operations
- Oversee MPI and Active Delivery
- Follow up on Warranty Authorizations
