Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and warmly, ensuring a friendly atmosphere
- Accurately obtain and record customer and vehicle information
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Clearly document all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Set follow-up times and keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Monitor each vehicle's progress daily and frequently update customers
- Explain all completed work and associated charges to customers clearly
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Service Advisor
- Strong skills in customer relations and adept at addressing inquiries
- High energy level and enthusiasm
- Personal and professional integrity
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus
