We are seeking a Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and be able to communicate effectively with customers.Duties:- Greet customers and schedule service appointments- Write up customer service orders- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle repairs- Provide estimates for repairs and services- Cash handling and processing payments- Transmit repair orders to technicians- Ensure customer satisfaction Experience:- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred- Knowledge of diesel engine repair, shocks and struts, brake repair, tire service, auto body repair, oil changes, suspension, and alignment is a plus Benefits:- Competitive pay based on experience- Health insurance available after 90 days of employment- Valid driver's license- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
