Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing our front desk, and providing outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.

Qualifications
- Executive administrative support and personal assistant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage calendars and provide front desk support
- Experience in data entry, filing, and office management

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
