Duties:
Use hand tools, power tools and equipment daily
Handle simple and heavy industrial equipment like forklifts and scissor lifts
Handle and organize personal tools for job
Show expertise in working with team and independently
Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures
Repair and perform repairs per repair order
Comply with company and customer regulations and policies
Handle time and manage several work orders on a daily basis
Maintain a positive attitude and great attendance record
Preferred skills:
Painting multiple colors and laying out graphics on RV collision repairs
Tinting and mixing paint for paint matching
Use of color camera for paint matching
Fiberglass repair, aluminum repair, rivet experience preferred
Body work experience
Sheet metal replacement
Dent repair
Some or completed ICAR, ASE or other training certifications
Driver’s License Necessary

Schedule:
8-9 hour shifts (8AM to 5 PM) Monday-Friday
Saturdays as needed / Overtime
Experience:
Combination Body & Paint: 3 years REQUIRED
Pay:
Dependent upon experience: $22 to $30 per hour, plus team bonus pay
