CIT is looking to hire a Full-time Working Foreman to be the team leader in our Omaha Body Shop!

Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 an hour DOE

Shift: Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 pm

Working Foreman must exhibit the following skills & abilities

Ability to evaluate vehicle damage and estimates
Ability to apply repair techniques and using the correct tools for the repair
Ability to remove, fabricate, attach, align parts and repair dents on vehicle body panels
Ability to fill and prime depressions
Ability to follow all safety protocols in a Body Shop setting
Ability to teach & instruct body shop technicians the proper repairing & rebuilding techniques
Ability to follow and encourage others to follow Body Shop processes and procedures

Qualifications:

Must be at lease eighteen (18) years old
Must have your own tools
Experience working with fiberglass is a plus but not required
Body Shop certification or two (2) year associate degree preferred
Must be self-motivated and can work in a team-oriented environment
Must have good written, verbal & non-verbal communication skills
Must be able to pass a drug test, physical & background check
