Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:
Do you have a passion for sales? Come work for the #1 Customer Experience Team in the Omaha Metro Area with the H+H Group, as an Appointment Coordinator you will be responsible for handling all internet and phone sales inquiries, qualifying their needs, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. We do this while providing a Best-in-Class experience to Customers across all our brands. (Pay is at an hourly rate plus commission with an earning potential equaling $50,000 - 100,000 per year).
- Communicating with Customers that inquire online about specific vehicles (via text, phone, or email).
- Setting reservations for Customers to visit our dealerships.
- Updating Customer information as needed.
- Communicating effectively with our Sales Department staff.
Rotating Shift: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm and every third Saturday.
Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:
- At least 1 year of general business experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
- Great computer/technology skills.
- Punctuality with minimal absences.
- High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail oriented.
