McDowells Specialty Repair in Boise, Idaho is growing! We are seeking a full time Service Advisor to help take care of our customers.
Ideal applicants for this position will have the ability to learn to perform these five main tasks:
- Greet customers, estimate upholstery, estimate cosmetic auto and furniture repairs, create repair orders.
- Track work-in-process and update customers via phone, text, and email in a timely manner.
- Respond to incoming work inquiries via phone, text and email within 24 hours.
- Quality check all personally estimated repairs and repair orders.
- Cultivate positive and professional relationships with technicians to work efficiently.
Additional tasks and responsibilities will come, but these are the main points of this position.

- Base pay plus incentive pay! After a training break-in period you may earn between $60,000 and $80,000 yearly.
