Accounts Payable Clerk Responsiblities:
· Process Invoices - Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices for payment.
· Check requests - Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis.
· Vendor Accounts - Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures. Process online pyaments for various vendors. Research and resolve all vendor inquiries.
· Credit Card - Audit and process monthly credit cards for payment.
· Outstanding Invoices - Review all statements and research outstanding invoices.
Qualifications:
- · Previous experience in the automotive industry or similar administrative role is preferred.
· Lightspeed software experience is preferred, but not required.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Title Clerk Responsibilities:
· Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
· Prepares tax and title documents.
· Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
· Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.
· Call lien holders and DMV's to verify documents.
· Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles.
· Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in the automotive industry or similar administrative role is preferred.

Deal Clerk Key Responsibilities: - Accurately verify costs and accounting for new and used vehicle purchases - Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and completeness - Submit sales documentation and contracts to lenders - Process trade payoffs - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Collaborate with team members and leaders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
