McDowells is currently looking for a driven person who is excited about a great opportunity to learn a trade skill. The successful candidate must be honest, energetic and have a leader type personality. The right candidate for this McDowells Apprenticeship will have a love of working with their hands and exceptional customer service and listening skills; a Mechanical ability to understand how items are put together; the desire to learn a skill that will be a career, not just a job!

This position will focus on some of the following, automotive leather repair, paint-less dent repair, paint touch up, headlight restoration, detailing and scratch repair for automobiles, boats and RV's.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Work along side Master Tech to acquire skills and knowledge to complete repairs.
Keep a clean professional appearance and work space.
Clean Shop and Office space as needed
Learn Web based soft ware and invoicing customers
Attend all repair classes and at all times be engaged in the process

Benefits and Compensation:

After a year you will receive a five days paid vacation and a retirement match of 100%.

We have six paid holidays a year off which totals 11 paid days off beginning year two.

Two weeks paid vacation time after three weeks of employment.

Health Insurance available

Compensation: start $37,440 per year plus Bonus on Production.

As you learn you grow automatically in compensation to a target $68,000 yearly.
