Do you enjoy encouraging and training people? Do you have the drive to ensure Customers receive Top-Notch Customer Service? We are looking for an individual to join our H+H Jeep Dodge RAM location as a Service Support Manager. Everything about this position revolves around the Customer Experience and we are looking for a highly motivated and energetic leader to join our Service Department.
- Ensure that EVERY Customer on the Service drive is greeted
- Role play and training as needed to improve sale performance of Valets, loaner agents.
- Handle Customer concerns on the Service Drive as a Manager making decisions in the best interest of the Customer first.
- Assure that every Customer wanting a pickup and delivery is taken care of, making sure that a loaner vehicle is arranged for the Customer.
- Assure that Service Valets are performing all duties.
- Manage loaner car fleet.
- Administrate repairs and maintenance vehicle fleet.
- Work with insurance companies and Customers.
Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:
- High energy, partnered with a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal, and nonverbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. (50 lbs. overhead) throughout the day.
- Mentoring abilities to work shoulder-to-shoulder with staff and maximize Customer interactions.
- Forward thinking to predict and solve potential problems before they become issues.
- Ability to meet with staff to ensure processes are being followed consistently.
