MASTER LEVEL TECHNICIAN:
$80K-$110K+
10+ years of professional experience. Some of which came from the independent side.
This is not a "fake it till you make it".
Must be proficient in drivability and electrical diagnosis.
50% of the workload involves vehicle diagnosis. (YouTube and code reading doesn't count)
Competent in all aspects of car and light truck repairs ethically and with integrity. (Seriously!)
Competent with the use of lab scopes and electrical systems
This is a Technician position, not a mechanic position.
Team player. This position is not for the "lone wolf".
JOURNEYMAN LEVEL TECHNICIAN:
$68K-75K+
5+ years of professional experience working in the independent side of the industry.
Must be proficient in all service and repair aspects of cars and light trucks with honesty and integrity. (Seriously!)
Some basic diagnostic skills are required.
Willing to learn and train for advancement.
