Rapid Fleet Services seeks motivated, friendly individuals in the Bay Area! We are looking to train someone as a Mobile Mechanic and would prefer 3 years of minimum experience and knowledge of vehicles. The site is in San Leandro but some driving in the Area is required with a company vehicle.
Opportunity to grow as a Lead Man/Lead Manager.
Full-Time pay rate $30- $35 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Open Availability (Must be able to work Weekends) 8-10 hours a day
ESSENTIAL ROLES:
Major areas of responsibility/ management include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain proficiency in the diagnosis and repair of all assigned equipment
- Determine vehicle condition by conditioning inspections and diagnostic tests.
- Perform system repairs to include engines, transmission, tires, suspension, electrical, and A/C.
- Perform all preventive maintenance inspections, and State / Federal-mandated safety inspections while completing repairs in accordance.
- Mobile service (Company Operates with Company Vehicle and in shop)
- Other duties assigned as the company grows
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience in Vehicle Maintenance
- Bilingual (Optional).
- Clean Driving Record (No more than 1 point)-
- Open Availability Schedule (Must be able to work Weekends)
- ASE Certified (Optional)
