Overview
Reporting to the Body Shop Manager, the Body Shop Technician will work on a variety of trucks such as medium duty trucks with service bodies or flatbeds, medium package vans, box trucks, semi tractors, RVs, and buses.
Responsibilities
Includes, but is not limited to,
- Body Shop repairs on various trucks and equipment
- Tear downs
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of PPE
- Works closely with the Body Shop Manager to ensure customer satisfaction
- Painting, priming, smoothing, etc.

Candidate Knowledge
Duties included, but not limited to:
- Dent repair and fiberglass repair to damaged body parts on trucks
- Replacement of body and mechanical parts necessary to return truck back to pre-collision state
- Repairs of cargo boxes to include replacement of doors, roof panels, side panels and flooring
- Sanding, smoothing, applying primer, and painting
- Valid driver's license (required)
- 2 years body shop experience (preferred)
- Welding (preferred)
Hours
Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm
