Overview

Reporting to the Body Shop Manager, the Body Shop Technician will work on a variety of trucks such as medium duty trucks with service bodies or flatbeds, medium package vans, box trucks, semi tractors, RVs, and buses.

Responsibilities

Includes, but is not limited to,

Body Shop repairs on various trucks and equipment
Tear downs
Keep a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of PPE
Works closely with the Body Shop Manager to ensure customer satisfaction
Painting, priming, smoothing, etc.

Candidate Knowledge

Duties included, but not limited to:

Dent repair and fiberglass repair to damaged body parts on trucks
Replacement of body and mechanical parts necessary to return truck back to pre-collision state
Repairs of cargo boxes to include replacement of doors, roof panels, side panels and flooring
Sanding, smoothing, applying primer, and painting
Valid driver's license (required)
2 years body shop experience (preferred)
Welding (preferred)

Hours

Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm
