Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Glass Technician with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Must have experience with windshield replacement, chip repair, bolt on accessories and a excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform glass installations, repairs, and replacements on various vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Install bolt on accessories
- Top tier customer service
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers' glass needs
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in auto glass repair or installation is required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Experience with bolt on accessories
