Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair used vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and vehicle safety.
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
Provide detailed documentation of services performed and any additional recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with automotive technologies.
Requirements
Certification: ASE certification is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive technician, specifically with used cars.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems and technology.
Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues.
Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in examining vehicles and identifying issues.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with diagnostic tools and computer skills.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
