Pay based on work experience, Plus Commission.
Pay rate is hourly plus commission $20 to $25 per hour + up to
8.50% commission which can anywhere from $35 to $52 per hour combined.
- Automotive Technician / Mechanic,
- Valid NV driver’s license
- Ability to meet company requirements including successful pre-employment drug screening, Motor Vehicle
Report (MVR), and criminal background check

Automotive Service Technician Duties :
- Relevant experience required with Brake Systems, Alignments and Suspensions
- Diagnostic, Manufacturer’s Recommended Maintenance Services
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Have good organizational skills and able to meet strict deadlines
- Automotive technicians / mechanics must be a self-starter & self-motivated
- Can work in a team atmosphere & learn new tasks
- Have excellent communication & time management skills
- ASE Certifications in all related Automotive Service Fields a plus!
- Must have excellent attention to detail
Responsibilities :
Ensure that all inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the MAP
guidelines and manufacturer's specifications
- Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance
- Perform vehicle servicing / repairing to maintain company standards
- Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition
As an Automotive Service Technician and part of our BIG O Team, you will spend much of your day performing Tire & Automotive service.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, with superb customer service and communication skills.
