Pay based on work experience, Plus Commission.

Pay rate is hourly plus commission $20 to $25 per hour + up to

8.50% commission which can anywhere from $35 to $52 per hour combined.

Automotive Technician / Mechanic,
Valid NV driver’s license
Ability to meet company requirements including successful pre-employment drug screening, Motor Vehicle

Report (MVR), and criminal background check

Automotive Service Technician Duties :

Relevant experience required with Brake Systems, Alignments and Suspensions
Diagnostic, Manufacturer’s Recommended Maintenance Services

Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles

Have good organizational skills and able to meet strict deadlines
Automotive technicians / mechanics must be a self-starter & self-motivated
Can work in a team atmosphere & learn new tasks
Have excellent communication & time management skills
ASE Certifications in all related Automotive Service Fields a plus!
Must have excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities :

Ensure that all inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the MAP

guidelines and manufacturer's specifications

Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance
Perform vehicle servicing / repairing to maintain company standards
Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition

As an Automotive Service Technician and part of our BIG O Team, you will spend much of your day performing Tire & Automotive service.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, with superb customer service and communication skills.
