**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction with every vehicle that comes into our dealership.
**Duties**
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to diagnose any issues or needed repairs.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete all maintenance and repair tasks efficiently.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for all repairs and maintenance services.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of automotive service procedures and protocols.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining compliance with dealership standards.
**Experience **
- Pay based on training and experience, CJDR experience preferred
- Proven experience with vehicle maintenance and repair, including diagnosing and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service procedures and protocols.
- Familiarity with the latest technologies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending.
**Skills **
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools. MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS
- Experience with automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service procedures and protocols.
- Ability to estimate the cost of repairs and maintenance services.
- Experience working in a dealership or similar setting.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of the latest technologies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Experience as a Service Technician.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
