What You'll Do
- Rev up your skills with basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on our full range of electric vehicles.
- Drive maximum repair efficiency, whether you're working solo or as part of our dynamic team.
- Provide feedback directly to our dleadership team to help us charge ahead with continuous improvements.
- Embrace the fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude.
- Operate a variety of top-of-the-line hand, power, and diagnostic tools.
- Keep the record clean and concise by documenting your repairs like a pro.
- Inspect and maintain our shop equipment and request replacements when needed.
- Team up with other departments to ensure we deliver an electrifying product by cleaning and detailing vehicles as required.
- Be the electric spark to onboard and train new technicians, igniting their potential.
What You'll Bring
- A High School Diploma or Associate Degree/Certificate, or a passion for all things tech (aeronautics, engines, electrical, ships, etc.).
- An Automotive Service Technicians License or the burning desire to become a Technician Apprentice through provincial schooling.
- A knack for learning new technologies and processes, and the ability to adapt like an EV in plaid mode.
- Your attention to detail is electrifying, making you great at following oral and written instructions.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities, organize your workload, and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Teamwork is your fuel; you thrive in a collaborative environment with shared goals.
- Safety is your top priority, always putting it first.
- Must be at least 18 years of age; age is just a number, but it's important.
- Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and standard applications
- A valid driver's license in the country (State for US) where you are applying, with a clean driving history.
