Responsibilities
Vehicle Check-Ins: Assist with the intake process for vehicles entering the body shop, documenting their condition and communicating with the appropriate team members.
Shop Maintenance: Keep the body shop clean and organized, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked and easily accessible for technicians.
Customer Support: Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of shop materials, alerting management when supplies need to be replenished.
