Position: Automotive Lube Technician Lead
Location: Woodhouse INFINITI; 183rd & West Dodge Rd. Elkorn, NE
Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
As an Automotive Lube Technician Lead you will be the liaison between Lube Technicians, Service Advisors, and our Parts Department. This role ensures that Lube Technicians adhere to the processes for lubricating specific parts of vehicle engines, performs inspections to identify potential performance issues, and conducts oil changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's License.
- Acceptable Driving Record.
- Ability to pass a Drug Screening, Physical Exam, Lift Test.
Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years as an Automotive Lube Technician.
- A positive attitude to lead and support others.
- Desire to learn with a coachable attitude.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
