Venom Classics is a premier American Muscle Car and American Classic Car restoration shop in Mesa Arizona.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Painter to join the Venom team.
You need to be meticulous with a keen eye for detail to deliver 5-star work. You will be responsible for overseeing painting projects, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
Duties
- Paint high-end builds from start to finish. We shoot PPG paint.
- Perform surface prep, including sanding, priming, and cleaning surfaces prior to painting.
- Have strong, professional communication skills and work well with the team.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition, and keep it clean.
- Wet sand and polish at a high level.
Experience
- 3 - 5 years proven professional experience as a painter at a quality shop.
- Must excel in color tinting.
- Have expertise in blocking both dry and wet, and with polishing and buffing.

- Drama Free
- Mature
- Self-managed with high character
- Reliable and on time

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
