The Service Advisor/Writer is the dealership's first-line customer relations and service sales representative. As a Service Advisor, you will greet customers and be the main point of contact between the customer and our team of technicians.

We are looking for Advisors with:

Customer service experience
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently
Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
Attention to detail
Working knowledge of Reynolds computer software is helpful (ERA Ignite) but NOT required
Toyota and/or Lexus experience preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently and per company procedures.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
Communicate with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work
