Your Role as a Service Advisor

What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers warmly, creating a welcoming first impression.
- Actively listen to their concerns and translate their words into actionable service requests.
- Explain vehicle service needs in clear, non-technical language, empowering customers to make informed decisions.
- Provide accurate service quotes and set realistic expectations for timelines.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure seamless communication about diagnostics and repairs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the process, building trust through transparency.
- Celebrate successful repairs and ensure post-service satisfaction with follow-ups.
What You Bring to the Table

Skills We’re Looking For:
- A solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
- Exceptional communication skills—both for calming frustrated customers and explaining complex repairs.

- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple service orders simultaneously.

- (Bonus) Knowledge of diesel engines, shocks, struts, and suspension systems.
