As our Automotive Service Advisor - Auto Service Writer, you'll earn a competitive wage of $25 to $35+, depending on your performance and experience. As an Automotive Service Advisor - Auto Service Writer, you play a pivotal role in our auto repair shop. Your responsibilities include coordinating financial transactions, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring smooth financial operations. You skillfully handle equipment and repair bids, always aiming for the best value and quality. You maintain warranty records with meticulous care, oversee quality checks on completed jobs, and closely collaborate with colleagues across departments to maintain policy compliance and safety standards. Whenever the service and sales team need assistance, your support is invaluable. Your daily mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain positive team relationships, and ensure the efficient operation of our auto repair shop.
All that you need to truly excel in this role is the following:
- 2+ years of experience in an auto repair facility
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong people skills and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
