Pay: $20 per hour Base + Commision

As an Express Service Advisor/ Writer, you will provide customer’s experience in the express lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the express line to explaining the maintenance process, our Express Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.

Qualifications

At least 1+ years experience as a Auto Service Advisor
Dealership experience REQUIRED
Must be able to work high volume ( 15-20 cars per day)
Organized and friendly personality
Time management skills
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, via phone or in person
Ensures that technicians recommendations are provided to the customer in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the service department.
Assess customer needs and provide recommendations for vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, shocks and struts, and air brake services.
Create detailed service orders and communicate necessary repairs or maintenance to technicians.
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
Maintain knowledge of dealership services and promotions to effectively sell automotive services to customers.
Follow up with customers regarding their service experience and ensure complete satisfaction with the work performed.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history.
Collaborate with the automotive repair team to ensure timely completion of services.
