The position will focus on some of the following: automotive leather & plastic repair, paint touch-up, headlight restoration, detailing & scratch repair on automobiles, boats and RVs.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**
- Collaborate with Master Technician to develop skills and expertise in completing repairs
-Maintain a neat and professional appearance, as well as a tidy workspace
- Assist with cleaning and organizing the shop and office areas as required
- Learn to navigate web-based software and manage customer invoicing
- Actively participate in all repair classes to enhance knowledge and growth
**Qualifications and Skills:**
-Previous experience in customer service roles
-Keen eye for detail and precision
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Excellent color perception and vision
- Strong listening skills and ability to retain information
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work safely with various materials, including chemicals, dyes, and adhesives
- Full mobility and the capacity to lift 50+ lbs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
