Job Description:

Center Motor Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Ford Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, specifically with Ford and Lincoln vehicles. This role requires a dedicated professional who can provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles.
Use Ford-specific diagnostic equipment and software to identify issues.
Conduct thorough inspections to determine necessary repairs.
Complete repairs efficiently and accurately, following Ford guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Stay updated with the latest Ford technical bulletins and recall information.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues and repairs.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

Ford certification is preferred.
Ford Certification training will also be provided.
High school diploma or equivalent.
ASE certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Ford vehicles.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
