Center Motor Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Ford Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, specifically with Ford and Lincoln vehicles. This role requires a dedicated professional who can provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles.
- Use Ford-specific diagnostic equipment and software to identify issues.
- Conduct thorough inspections to determine necessary repairs.
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately, following Ford guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest Ford technical bulletins and recall information.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle issues and repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
- Ford certification is preferred.
- Ford Certification training will also be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- ASE certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Ford vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
