The Automotive Technician we are looing for:
● Certified Jaguar OR Land Rover Automotive Technician (JLR)
● High level of integrity while performing extensive diagnostics and repairs
● Deliver exceptional workmanship
● Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and Bureau of Automotive Repair standards
● Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Jaguar / Land Rover Automotive Technician (JLR) vehicles and their service needs, as well as all applicable factory recalls and service bulletins
●Ensure that customers' cars are kept clean and treated with respect.
● Collaborate with the parts department to obtain needed parts
● Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer.

Automotive Technician Qualifications:
- Jaguar Land Rover Certifications required (JLR)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician working on high-end vehicles, preferably with Jaguar / Land Rover (JLR)
- Proficiency with the latest automotive technologies and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and high-quality work. -
- Ability to work full time with the flexibility to work an occasional Saturday.
- A proven track record of achieving or surpassing productivity targets (80-100 hours per pay period).
- Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
- Pre-employment drug test / background check
