Volvo Cars of Palo Alto is Now Hiring an Experienced Automotive Mainline/Highline Technicians! This is a Full Time position, and is Monday- Friday with Saturdays as needed. We are located in the heart of California looking for the right technicians to join our amazing team! If you have thorough experience at a Domestic Dealer A and B level Technicians- We Want You!
We are expanding our service department we are looking for someone with good job time, at least 3-4 years experience in the dealership world as a technician and ASE and/or Brand Certifications are preferred! COME BE A PART OF OUR AMAZING TEAM OF TOP NOTCH TECHNICIANS!
Compensation: $32-$65/flat rate hour DOE

Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service
- equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission,
- electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Retail Advisor and inform if any additional services are needed. Learn to
- provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Assist in used car reconditioning
Qualifications:
- Strong diagnostic skills including electrical
- Ability to work on all makes and models
- ASE certifications are ideal
- 4+ years of dealership experience for mainline level technician role
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must have clean and valid driver's license
- Must be 18 or over
