Volvo Cars of Palo Alto is Now Hiring an Experienced Automotive Mainline Technicians as well as Apprentice Technicians! This is a Full Time position, and is Monday- Friday with Saturdays as needed. We are located in the heart of California looking for the right technicians to join our amazing team! If you have thorough experience at another dealer or an independant shop as an A or B level Technician- We Want You!
Compensation: $32-$65/flat rate hour DOE

Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service
- equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission,
- electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Retail Advisor and inform if any additional services are needed. Learn to
- provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Assist in used car reconditioning
Qualifications:
- Strong diagnostic skills including electrical
- Ability to work on all makes and models
- ASE certifications are ideal
- 1-2+ years of dealership technician experience for apprentice role
- 4+ years of dealership experience for mainline level technician role
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must have clean and valid driver's license
- Must be 18 or over
