Responsibilities:
We specialize in European makes and models, and on a wide variety of repairs. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Professional communication with customers, addressing their vehicles repair needs including repairs cost, and time needed to complete repairs
- Answer Phone Calls, Emails, and Drive In’s to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention
- Create work estimates, accurately record issues and data into the CRM System. Attention to detail is critical.
- Coordinate the detail of every vehicle prior to delivery
- Order/return parts, attention to detail is critical.
- Assign tasks for technicians and monitor work progress for efficiency and accuracy.
- Responsible for shop appearance, shop safety, equipment
- Thoroughly and periodically check quality of repairs to minimize comebacks and ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates for this Shop Assistant/Receptionist position will have:
- Positive, Professional, Strong work ethics and integrity, problem solver and works calmly under pressure during busy times.
- Team player, ability to be a self starter and work independently/can do attitude
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
- Proficient at identifying and relating to the customer inquiry
- Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
- Prior Service Advisor/Service Writer experience would be a great plus
- Strong computer and internet usage ability
- Prior European repair shop experience would be a huge plus
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Valid California driver license and clean DMV record
- US work authorization
