Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong automotive knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine repair needs
- Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software
- Consult with customers to explain the repair process and provide cost estimates
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Order necessary parts and materials for repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and estimates
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and processes
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance
- Proficient in using auto estimating software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates
