Central Ford is looking for the right candidate for our Service drive. We are looking for an experienced person familiar with Ford, but we may also consider the right candidate without that experience. Pay plan will be based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Create repair orders and communicate with technicians about necessary repairs
- Provide estimates for repair costs and obtain customer approval
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure necessary parts are available for repairs
- Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs
- Process payments and handle cash transactions

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of auto body repair, air brake systems, tire service, oil changes, diesel engine repair, brake repair, and suspension alignment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
