This job opening is for an automotive repair shop service writer / service advisor to interface with customers and technicians. We work on Honda and Acura vehicles exclusively, looking for someone with experience on
these vehicles and experience working as a service advisor in an auto repair shop or dealership. We are a busy five star rated shop that offers top pay. We are only open Monday through Friday. We open at 7:00 am and currently close at 4:00 pm. Never open on weekends. Holiday pay and paid time off.
Some duties include:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Write up service orders and accurately document customer concerns
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide estimates for automotive repairs and services
- Schedule appointments.

- Record customer information, vehicle history, and service details

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and technicians
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
