Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Air Compressor Assistant Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will help oversee the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
## Duties
- Writing service estimates and following up with customer on need
- Collaborate with our Service Manager to gather necessary information to research parts
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met while answering calls or helping customers in-person
- Processing orders and ordering materials
- Verify all parts are in stock and ready to schedule
- Supporting the Service Department with other needs
## Skills
- Proven experience as a Assistant Service Manager or similar role in the air compressor industry preferred
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Knowledge of air compressor, air dryers, pneumatics and vacuum pumps is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
-Able to work independently
-Must have 1 year experience using QuickBooks and preferrably Field Service Management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
