Pay:
Pay ranges of $100,000 - $135,000
- Salary
- Plus Commission of 2% of sales
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all of our customers
- Assess damage and provide an accurate estimates
- Manage scheduling of customer repairs
- Order parts and schedule sublet repairs to effectively meet deadlines
- Tracking Part Margins accurately to help maintain profitability
- Work with Store Manager to meet deadlines and maintain a 5 star experience
- Protect the integrity of the business
- Oversee vehicle repairs
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license/reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Ability to write estimates/repair orders
Schedule:
- Typically 8am – 5pm; Monday – Friday (Full Time)
