Duties:
- Understands automobiles by learning their characteristics, capabilities, features and benefits, comparing and contrasting competitive models.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyers requirements and interests, building rapport, suggesting trade-ins, responding to inquiries and recommending sales promotions.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating sale price, completing sales and delivery process
