We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dismantler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for disassembling vehicles and components in an efficient manner while ensuring that all parts are handled with care. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The Dismantler will play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory of used parts and supporting our overall operations.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble vehicles to salvage usable parts for resale.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to dismantle automotive components.
- Inspect and evaluate parts for quality and usability, ensuring that all items meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline the dismantling process and improve efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately labeling and storing dismantled parts.
- Stay updated on automotive repair techniques, including vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, and diesel engine repair.
