PAINT CLERK

Responsibilities

Enters manufacturing orders to satisfy daily demands of inventory
Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
Review sales orders ensuring information, such as noted completion dates, is complete and advise as to non-conformance issues
Track jobs and inventory through computer generated manufacturing system and report variances
Research problems and suggest corrective actions in invoicing.
Print/generate reports for production operations
Print/generate work orders for production floor

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Reads and interprets production reports
Perform basic math.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
