Automotive Dealership Parts Manager J-46301

This dealership group is currently seeking an experienced, motivated and talented professional Parts Department Manager/Director to lead multiple rooftops to the next level of customer service and financial growth. Company offers very good benefits plan and help with moving expenses. Qualified candidates must have new vehicle dealership experience and be able to effectively manage the following tasks:
- Create and oversee an annual operating budget for the parts department.
- Administer and maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the manufacturer.
- Utilize available pricing parameters and strategies to generate sufficient profit while maintain customer loyalty.
- Ensure inventory is appropriate to meet customer demand while controlling obsolete and excess inventory.
- Ensure full compliance with manufacturer parts and warranty policies, procedures and rules.
- Develop an effective team through training and performance standards.
- Work with service department and wholesales account representatives to ensure inventory is available when needed.
- Review sales figures, costs and stock monthly to ensure budget benchmarks are met.
- Train, guide and motivate parts employees within the organization.
Pay range: $110k to $120k per year.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
