Winner Premier Collision Center is seeking an Entry-Level Body Shop Painter to join our growing team at Winner Automotive Group. As a Body Shop Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and applying automotive paint to vehicles in a professional and efficient manner. - Preparation: Clean and prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
- Paint Application: Mix and apply automotive paints and coatings to vehicles, ensuring smooth, even coverage and a high-quality finish.
- Inspection: Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups or adjustments to achieve optimal results.
- Maintenance: Maintain paint booths, equipment, and tools in good working condition; assist with the inventory and organization of paint materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with experienced painters and technicians to ensure quality standards are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Safety: Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Learning & Development: Continuously improve painting skills through on-the-job training and guidance from senior team members.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of automotive painting techniques is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
