About the Role:

As a Tire and Wheel Alignment Technician at Chloe's Auto Repair & Tire, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe and road-ready. What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome. Must have tools.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly, customer-focused approach.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, responsible, and energetic.
- Professionalism: Polite, professional demeanor with a focus on quality work.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Background Check: Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tire Services: Rotate, mount, balance, and inspect tires.
- Wheel Alignment: Conduct wheel alignments per manufacturer specifications.
- Oil Changes: Perform routine oil changes efficiently.
- Vehicle Inspections: Ensure vehicle safety and alignment accuracy.
- Work Area Maintenance: Keep the service department clean and organized.
- Customer Service: Deliver prompt and courteous service to all customers.
