Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Auto Glass Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position requires no previous experience, as we provide full training. The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, and has strong attention to detail. You will work alongside experienced technicians and gain the skills needed for a successful career in auto glass installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of auto glass (windshields, door glass, and sunroofs) under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Learn to handle tools and equipment required for auto glass installation.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds daily.
- Uphold safety standards and assist with in-shop and mobile installations.
- Provide excellent customer service when working with clients on-site or in the shop.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.
