We are looking for a Parts Support Sales Representative to join our team and help maintain a strong customer relationship.
Position: PSSR
Salary: $65,000 plus commission
Type: Full-time
Location: Remote: Iowa, Wi, Mo, Southern IL
As a PSSR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers by providing knowledgeable part advice, ensuring efficient processing of orders, and contributing to our parts sales’ growth. You will work closely with filed technicians, and the sales team to provide prompt, accurate service that keeps our customers’ equipment operating with minimal downtime.
Responsibilities:
· Respond to enquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and ordering a variety of aggregate equipment, including crushers, screens and conveyers.
· Assist customers with technical information on parts compatibility, function, and maintenance.
· Accurately process orders, track shipments, and coordinate delivery timelines to meet customer expectations
· Monitor and manage inventory
· Build and maintain customer relationships
· Address any issues with orders, shipment or product quality.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in parts support, inside sales, or customer service within aggregate, mining, or construction equipment industry.
· Familiarity with aggregate equipment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively within a team environment and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of parts catalog, equipment schematics and technical documentation
